Lifting, Leveling, and Supporting Slabs

   Lifting, leveling, and supporting of driveways, sidewalks, roads, pool decks, warehouse foundation floors, airport runways, bridge approach, footings, and everything in between using polyurethane resins involves injecting the resin material beneath the surface that needs to be raised or leveled. The resin material is injected through small holes that are drilled into the concrete surface. The resin then expands and hardens creating a solid support for the concrete slab and lifting and leveling the surface as it does so.

   One advantage of using polyurethane resins for this purpose is that they cure quickly (within 15 minutes) and can be used in a variety of weather conditions. They are also very strong and durable and can be used to lift and level both small and large areas.

  The polyurethane resin material is mixed and injected into the holes using a specialized injection system. The resin material is usually a two-part system that consists of a polymer and a foaming agent. When the two parts are mixed, they expand and harden, filling in any voids beneath the surface and lifting and leveling it as they do so.

   The polyurethane resin material is allowed to cure for a set amount of time, after which the surface can be used as normal. The length of time required for the resin to cure will depend on the specific product being used and the conditions under which it is applied - most of our products are ready within 15 minutes.

Our polyurethane resin is lab tested and verified to meet the ANSI 61 standard for use around potable water - it is environmental safe for using in and around ground water. 

   Overall, using polyurethane resins for lifting and leveling is a quick, effective, environmentally safe, and durable way to repair and improve the levelness of a variety of surfaces, including some pavers.
