    Stormwater drainage systems are designed to collect and transport rainwater and other runoff away from buildings and other structures. When these systems experience leaks or have voids, it can cause problems such as water damage, erosion, and even sinkholes (see picture on Left bottom to see what happens when issues are not repaired before major failure). Repairs and void filling using polyurethane resin is a common method for addressing these issues.

   The Magic Poly Solutions process for repairing stormwater drainage system leaks and filling voids using polyurethane resin typically involves the following steps:

1. We locate the source of the leak or void. This may involve visual inspection and using specialized equipment such as leak detection cameras.

2. We prep the area around the leak or void to remove any debris or contaminants that may interfere with the repair process.

3. We select the best polyurethane resin for the task at hand and prepare it according to the manufacturer's instructions. This may involve mixing two or more components together to create the resin. Sometimes we use multiple polyurethane resins based on the situation at hand.

4. We inject the resin into the leak or void using a special injection gun or other appropriate equipment.

5. We allow the resin to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions. This will likely only take 15 minutes.

6. We inspect the repair to ensure that it has properly sealed the leak or filled the void.

7. We clean the area and leave it in better condition than we found it.
